Device compatibility
Our telaga app runs on Android 7.0 and later, iOS 12 and later, and any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Older devices may experience slower performance or missing features. If you encounter issues, update your operating system or try the web version instead. We support devices across Indonesia, from Jakarta to Semarang, with no regional restrictions on app availability.
Troubleshooting common install issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that your security settings allow installation from unknown sources—go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and toggle it on. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK downloads; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not save to your home screen, open Safari, tap Share, and select "Add to Home Screen." If the app crashes on launch, clear your browser cache or reinstall the APK. For persistent issues, contact our support team via the in-app help menu.
Data, permissions, and account security
The telaga app requests permission to access your device's storage (for caching game assets) and send notifications. We do not access your contacts, camera, or location. Your account credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest; we use standard security practices to protect your data. When you log in, your session token is stored locally and expires after a set period of inactivity. If you log out or uninstall the app, your session ends immediately. Your account remains active on our servers and can be accessed from any device using your username and password.
