How telaga structures live-dealer opening times
Our live-dealer studios operate in shifts. Each shift begins with a dealer briefing, camera setup, and system verification—steps that take subject to verification before the first bet is accepted. We do not rush this process because table integrity depends on it. When you see a table marked "live" in our app, the studio is fully staffed and ready.

Knowing when tables open helps you time your deposit and first bet. If you deposit via e-wallet or mobile banking at 17:45, you can join a blackjack table the moment it goes live at 18:00. If you wait until 19:30, you might find all premium tables full and have to queue or pick a secondary table. On telaga, we do not charge queue fees, but joining early gives you more choice.
Market opening time also affects settlement. If you place a bet at 23:55 and the table closes at 00:00, your hand resolves before shutdown. If you place a bet at 23:58, the dealer will finish the hand even if it runs past midnight. Our system logs the exact timestamp so disputes are resolved fairly.
Planning around peak hours
Peak hours on telaga run 19:00–23:00 on weekdays and 18:00–02:00 on weekends. During these windows, all our blackjack, roulette, and baccarat tables are open, and you will find players from Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, and across Indonesia. Our servers handle the load without lag.
Off-peak hours (06:00–12:00) have fewer tables open, but they are ideal if you prefer quieter play or want to learn the rules without pressure. Our dealers are equally professional during morning shifts.

Mobile app and low-data streaming
Our telaga app is built to load tables instantly, even on slower connections common in Bandung, Medan, and rural areas. When a table opens, the app streams the dealer feed at adaptive bitrate—meaning it adjusts video quality based on your connection speed. You never miss a hand because of buffering.
If you are on a 3G connection or tethered mobile data, our app defaults to a lower-resolution stream that uses 60–non-specific info less bandwidth than standard HD. You still see the dealer, cards, and wheel clearly; the trade-off is slightly softer video. You can toggle this setting in the app's preferences.
Seasonal and holiday adjustments
During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, we adjust our opening times to respect local observance. Core tables (blackjack and Dragon Tiger) remain available, but we may reduce the number of roulette and baccarat tables. We announce these changes in the app 7 days in advance so you can plan accordingly.
During Liga 1 finals and Piala AFF tournaments, we extend evening hours to 03:00 or 04:00 to accommodate the surge in players. These extended windows are announced in the app's news section.
